RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1190
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING THE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL DOCUMENT, PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH DEMOLITION AND SITE
CLEARANCE SERVICES (WITH REGULATED
ASBESTOS -CONTAINING MATERIALS) FOR 936 WEST
7TH STREET.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Community Planning & Development
Director of said City to prepare proposed Request for Proposal
document, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with Demolition and Site Clearance Services (with
regulated asbestos -containing materials) for 936 West 7th Street,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning & Development Director did
file said Request for Proposal document, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with Demolition and Site
Clearance Services (with regulated asbestos -containing materials)
for 936 West 7th Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed Request for Proposal document,
plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
Demolition and Site Clearance Services (with regulated asbestos -
containing materials) for 936 West 7th Street, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, preliminarily
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 2012.
