RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1193
RESOLUTION APPROVING BUSINESS FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE APPLICATION WITH IOWA ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Business Financial Assistance Application dated
December 27, 2012, for a 9,400 square foot expansion to Hydrite
Chemical Company in the Airport TIF District, adding $300,000.00
of taxable value to the site, by and between the Iowa Economic
Development Authority and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of December, 2012.
