RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
BUXTON FOR A 3-YEAR RETAIL RECRUITMENT AND
RETENTION PROGRAM WITH AN ANNUAL FEE OF
$50,000.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated September 26, 2016, between Buxton and the City of Waterloo, Iowa
for a 3-year retail RECRUITMENT and retention program with an annual fee of $50,000, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September, 2016.
