RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN,
INC. FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES RELATED TO THE
PHASE I ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT FOR THE
FORMER WONDER BREAD FACILITY, 301-305 AND 325
COMMERCIAL STREET, INCREASING THE LUMP SUM
AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACT BY$15,400.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement dated September 26, 2016,
between HR Green, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for additional services related to the
Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the former Wonder Bread Facility, 301-305 and 325
Commercial Street, increasing the lump sum amount of the contract by $15,400, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September, 2016.
