RESOLUTION NO. 2016-769
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $27,700.00 IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2017 BRIDGE REPAIRS -
6TH STREET, 18TH STREET,AND ANSBOROUGH AVENUE;
CONTRACT NO. 916 AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Service Agreement dated September 26, 2016, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $27,700.00, in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2017 Bridge Repairs - 6th Street, 18th Street, is hereby approved and
the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September,2016.
