RESOLUTION NO. 2016-772
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE SECOND AMENDMENT
TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH 3 LITTLE LAMBS,
LLC TO AUTHORIZE A ONE YEAR EXTENSION TO ALLOW
FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Second Amendment to Development Agreement dated September 26, 2016, between 3
Little Lambs, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to authorize a one year extension to allow for
the completion of the project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26tn day of September, 2016.
