RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FY2016 CONSOLIDATED
ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT
(CAPER) FOR CDBG AND HOME PROGRAM ACTIVITIES
FOR THE PERIOD OF JULY 1, 2015 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2016
TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT HOUSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
FY 2016 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for CDBG and
Home Program activities for the period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016, is hereby
approved and submission of the same to the United States Department of Housing and Urban
Development is authorized and directed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September, 2016.
