RESOLUTION NO. 2016-765
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED AGREEMENT WITH
AFLAC FOR EMPLOYEE BENEFIT SERVICES AT NO
ADDITIONAL COST TO THE CITY OF WATERLOO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the amended agreement dated September 26, 2016, between AFLAC and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, for employee benefit services at no additional cost to the City of Waterloo, is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September, 2016.
