RESOLUTION NO. 2016-761
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT
ETC. IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE RENTAL OF FOUR (4)
MOTOR GRADERS TO SUPPORT SNOW REMOVAL
OPERATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file specifications, bid document, form of
contract etc., in conjunction with the Rental of Four (4) Motor Graders to support snow removal
operations, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said specifications, bid document, form
of contract etc., in conjunction with the Rental of Four (4) Motor Graders to support snow
removal operations, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on September 26, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of contract etc., in
conjunction with the Rental of Four (4) Motor Graders to support snow removal operations, are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September, 2016.
