RESOLUTION NO. 2016-760
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE FY
2017 BYRNES AND GATES POOL PAINTING PROJECT
CONTRACT# 923.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2016-759, approval of specifications, bid document, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2017 Byrnes and Gates Pool Painting Project
Contract No. 923, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
September 26, 2016 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September, 2016.
