RESOLUTION NO. 2016-759
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2017 BYRNES AND
GATES POOL PAINTING PROJECT CONTRACT# 923.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Leisure Services Director of said city to prepare and file specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2017 Byrnes and Gates Pool Painting Project Contract
No. 923, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2017 Byrnes and Gates Pool Painting Project
Contract No. 923, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice,was held on September 26, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Byrnes and Gates Pool Painting Project Contract No. 923, are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September, 2016.
