NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 21
st day of July 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public
hearing will be held by the Council of
the City of Waterloo. Iowa, to approve
a Site Plan Amendment request by
Cedar River Contractors, on behalf of
K-W Electric, for the construction of
a 29,900 square foot manufacturing,
warehouse, and office building locat-
ed oast of 180 Warp Drive, legally de-
scribed as follows:
Waterloo Air and Rail Park 4th Addi-
tion, Lots 1, 2 and 3: City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
Anyone who is interested may appear
at said time and place and be heard
or may file written objection with the
City Clerk, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa,
before the date set for said hearing.
