RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF ASSESSMENTS
FOR PARCEL NUMBERS 8813-11-102-034, 8913-22-
153-031 AND 8913-13-108-002 IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following assessments be and the same are hereby
abated:
Parcel No. 8813-11-102-034 (lot between 1204 and 1224
Hummingbird Circle
The Pointe III Building 10 and 1/26th Interest in
Common Elements, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
Mowing - $670.00
Parcel No. 8813-22-153-031 (corner of Ansborou h Avenue_
and Upton Avenue
Hummel Addition parcel of land located in part of the
South 120 feet except West 20 feet of Lot No. A and
South 120 feet West 11 feet Lot B and South 100 feet
except West 11 feet of Lot B and North 130 feet of
South 250 feet Lot A except West 20 feet and North 130
feet South 250 feet West 11 feet Lot B and Lot A except
the South 250 feet and except West 20 feet and West 11
feet Lot B except South 250 feet described as beginning
at the Southeast corner of said Lot B, thence North
100.02 feet along the East line of said Lot B, thence
West 116.68 feet to point on East line West 11 feet

thence South 60 degrees 38 minutes 58 seconds West
76.67 feet, thence South 285.67 feet to point on South

line to point of beginning, all in the City of

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessments be and the same
hereby cancelled and the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed
to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
