RESOLUTION NO. 2012-690
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2012
RIVERFRONT SPORTS PARK WATER WELL PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the 2012 Riverfront
Sports Park Water Well Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc. in conjunction with the 2012 Riverfront Sports Park
Water Well Project, which were preliminarily approved by
Resolution No. 2012-629 on June 18, 2012, and
2012. WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 9,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the 2012
Riverfront Sports Park Water Well Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
