RESOLUTION NO. 2012-698
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF BID FROM
ULTRAMAX AMMUNITION OF RAPID CITY, SOUTH
DAKOTA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$35,000.00, FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT'S FY13
AMMUNITION NEEDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Ultramax Ammunition of Rapid City, South
Dakota, in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00, for the Police
Department's FY13 Ammunition Needs, described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
purchase in Resolution No. 2012-657, after public hearing on June
25, 2012 on published notice required by law, be and is hereby
accepted, the same being the apparent lowest bid for said
purchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day f July, 2012.
