RESOLUTION NO. 2012-701
RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED MEMORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO COMMUNITY SCHOOL
DISTRICT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the revised Memorandum of Agreement dated July 9, 2012, to
operate the District's Waterloo Educational Access Channel with
the District paying an annual fee of $30,000.00 per year to cover
the added expenses of running a third channel, for the period
July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2013, by and between the Waterloo
Community School District and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
