RESOLUTION NO. 2012-703
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH ABM JANITORIAL SERVICES -NORTH
CENTRAL, INC. OF DES MOINES, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to Service Agreement dated July 9, 2012, at a
cost of $7,044.85 per month, for the cleaning of City Hall,
Carnegie Annex, Police Training Center, Waste Management Services
and Memorial Hall, by and between ABM Janitorial Services -North
Central, Inc. of Des Moines, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
