RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN
SECTION 2.3(1) FINAL PLAT SUBMITTAL, SECTION
5.1 PRELIMINARY PLAT REQUIREMENTS AND SECTION
5.2 FINAL PLAT REQUIREMENTS, FOR PRELIMINARY
AND FINAL PLAT OF SERGEANT PARK CONDOS MINOR
PLAT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision
Ordinance in Section 2.3(1) Final Plat Submittal, Section 5.1
Preliminary Plat Requirements and Section 5.2 Final Plat
Requirements, for Preliminary and Final Plat of Sergeant Park
Condos Minor Plat, for the purpose of splitting the existing 2.41
acre parcel into two separate parcels to separate two storage
buildings from one another.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of July, 2012.
