RESOLUTION NO. 2012-706
RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE (1) MONTH
EXTENSION TO AGREEMENT FOR ANIMAL CONTROL
SERVICES WITH CEDAR BEND HUMANE SOCIETY AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement for Animal Control Services dated July 9, 2012,
for animal control services for July 1-31, 2012 without an agreed
upon, signed contract for FY13, and to terminate the service of
Emergency Night Call Services as outlined in the FY12 contract, by
and between the Cedar Bend Humane Society of Waterloo, Iowa and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of July, 2012.
