RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $49.62 FOR PARCEL
NO. 8913-26-479-011 IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following assessment be and the same is hereby
abated:
Parcel No. 8913-26-479-011
Subdivision of Block 16 of Leavitt Johnson and Miller
the Northwest 40 feet of Lots 7, 8 and 9 of Block 16
and the Southeast 10 feet of alley adjacent, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Assessment - $49.62
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment be and the same
hereby cancelled and the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed
to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
