RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF MAIN STREET
WATERLOO TO HOLD BBQ'LOO & BLUES TOO EVENT ON
JULY 20-21, 2012 IN LINCOLN PARK, INCLUDING
CLOSING THE FOLLOWING STREETS FROM 7:00 A.M.
ON JULY 20TH TO 1:00 A.M. ON JULY 22ND: 400
BLOCK OF EAST PARK AVENUE NORTHBOUND ONLY;
400 BLOCK OF EAST 4TH STREET; AND 500 BLOCK
OF MULBERRY STREET.
WHEREAS, Main Street Waterloo has requested to hold BBQ'Loo
& Blues Too event on July 20-21, 2012 in Lincoln Park, including
closing the following streets from 7:00 a.m. on July 20th to 1:00
a.m. on July 22nd: 400 block of East Park Avenue northbound
only; 400 block of East 4th Street; and 500 block of Mulberry
Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Main Street Waterloo to hold
BBQ'Loo & Blues Too event on July 20-21, 2012 in Lincoln Park,
including closing the following streets from 7:00 a.m. on July
20th to 1:00 a.m. on July 22nd: 400 block of East Park Avenue
northbound only; 400 block of East 4th Street; and 500 block of
Mulberry Street, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 2012.
