RESOLUTION NO. 2012-722
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH NEW WORLD
SYSTEMS, INC. OF TROY, MICHIGAN AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated July 16, 2012, in an amount not to exceed
$235,000.00, to license additional software, including Community
Development modules, by and between New World Systems, Inc. of
Troy, Michigan and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 2012.
