RESOLUTION NO. 2012-724
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEMOLITION CONTRACT FOR
DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE SERVICES WITH
BENTON'S SAND AND GRAVEL, INC. OF CEDAR
FALLS, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Demolition Contract for Demolition and Site Clearance
Services dated July 16, 2012, in the amount of $16,300.00, for
demolition services with no RACM of the Iowa Community Credit
Union building located at 320 West 2nd Street, by and between
Benton's Sand and Gravel, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 2012.
