Eric Lage commented that he will investl- gate the request. Maggie Burger,Speer Financial,provided anupdate on the proforma packets that will be going out next week and intends to have a bond anticipation note In place by the end of the city fiscal year ending June 30,2025.A virtual meeting will like- ly need to be held In June to approve the packet so that the fundingq Is in place by June 30.Those funds will be funneled to the city of Waterloo to cover the Gonstruc- ton costs that they have been carrying. Work on the second round of funding will begin over the summer months. Mr Van Fleet questioned who she was working with on the protorma- Maggie Burgger shared that her prima- ry contract fs Courtney Vlolette but has also been working wth Joe Carella.She shared her high level of confidence in the accuracy of the forthcoming proforma. Mr Hurtenbach questioned the timeline for Hut 2 and 3. Eric Lage provided an update on the pro- cess and that Hut 2 will probably be early to mid-summer Mr Van Fleet questioned if Ahlers and Cooney are still utilized.
