TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 4th
day of August: 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public
hearing will be held by the Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa: to approve
a vacate request by the City of Wa-
terloo to vacate a 20-foot drainage
easement on Lots 4 and 5 of Warp
2nd Addition in the "M-2,P" Planned
Industrial District located at and adja-
cent to 4050 Leversee Road. legally
described as follows;
The platted 10-foot drainage ease-
ment along the north line of Lot 4, and
the platted 10-foot drainage easement
along the south line of Lot 5, all in Wa-
terloo Air and Rail Park 2nd Addition,
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
Anyone who Is interested may appear
at said time and place and be heard
or may file written objection with the
City Clerk, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
before the date set for said hearing.
