RESOLUTION NO. 2012-725
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEMOLITION CONTRACT FOR
DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE SERVICES WITH
LEHMAN TRUCKING AND EXCAVATING OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Demolition Contract for Demolition and Site Clearance
Services dated July 16, 2012, in the amount of $69,300.00, for
demolition services with no RACM of the former Francis Grout
school located at 330 Madison Street, by and between Lehman
Trucking and Excavating of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 2012.
