TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 18th
day of August 2025, at 6:30 p.m., In
the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers
in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, a public hearing will be held by
the Council of the City of Waterloo.
Iowa, to authorize the sale and con-
veyance of city -owned property locat-
ed south of 427 Iowa Street, to Iowa
Heartland Habitat for Humanity, in the
amount of $1.00, for the rehabilita-
tion of 427 Iowa Street in the Walnut
Neighborhood: including a Develop-
ment Agreement, legally described
as follows:
Parcel No. 8913-24-163-009 Legal
Description
South 22 feet of the North 63 feet of
Lot 1 8, Block 29, Railroad Addition to
Waterloo, Iowa.
Anyone who is interested may appear
at said time and place and be heard
or may file written objection with the
City Clerk, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa,
before the date set for said hearing.
