RESOLUTION NO. 2025-424
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH BOLTON & MENK OF OAKDALE,
MINNESOTA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,500.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RENTAL CAR QUICK
TURNAROUND FACILITY CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF
AVIATION TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo finds it necessary to develop a Rental Car Quick
Turnaround Facility to support its ongoing operations and improve efficiency; and
WHEREAS, Bolton & Menk of Oakdale, Minnesota, is qualified to provide professional
services needed for the concept development of the facility; and
WHEREAS, Bolton & Menk has submitted a proposal to provide these services for a
total amount not to exceed $9,500.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo believes it is in the best interest of
the City to approve and enter into the Professional Services Agreement with Bolton & Menk for
the purpose described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. That the Professional Services Agreement with Bolton & Menk of Oakdale,
Minnesota, in the amount of $9,500.00, relating to the Rental Car Quick Turnaround Facility
Concept Development Project, is hereby approved.
2. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Professional Services Agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
