RESOLUTION NO. 2025-411
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FAA AIP GRANT NO. 3-19-0094-
058-2025, IN THE AMOUNT OF $93,670.00, FOR UPDATE
PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ATTORNEY
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has offered Airport
Improvement Program (AIP) Grant No. 3-19-0094-058-2025 to the City for the purpose of
updating the Pavement Maintenance Management System; and
WHEREAS, the grant amount of $93,670.00 will support essential improvements in the
airport's infrastructure and is crucial for maintaining safe and efficient operations; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to accept this grant to fully utilize the funds for the intended
purpose in compliance with FAA requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. That FAA AIP Grant No. 3-19-0094-058-2025 in the amount of $93,670.00 is hereby
accepted for the update of the Pavement Maintenance Management System.
2. That the Mayor and City Attorney are authorized and directed to execute said
documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
