RESOLUTION NO. 2025-422
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
SAN MARNAN BUSINESS PARK 1ST ADDITION - PHASE 2
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, the development of the San Marnan Business Park 1st Addition - Phase 2
is integral to the continued economic growth and infrastructure enhancement in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, Clapsaddle-Garber Associates, Inc. has submitted construction plans for
grading, paving, and utilities serving this phase of the development project; and
WHEREAS, the construction is subject to compliance with regulatory requirements,
including obtaining necessary approvals and acceptance by the Iowa Department of Natural
Resources (DNR); and
WHEREAS, a Sewage Treatment Agreement and DNR Form 29 (November 2000) with
the DNR is required to ensure all utility and environmental standards are met; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and expedient to authorize the execution of related
documents to facilitate the commencement and completion of construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The City Council hereby approves the construction plans for grading, paving, and
utility installations for San Marnan Business Park 1st Addition - Phase 2, as prepared by
Clapsaddle-Garber Associates, Inc.
2. That the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
