AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, THE CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING
ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
REFERRED TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING A SITE
PLAN AMENDMENT REQUEST BY CEDAR RIVER
CONTRACTORS ON BEHALF OF K-W ELECTRIC FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A 29,900 MANUFACTURING
WAREHOUSE AND OFFICE BUILDING LOCATED EAST OF
180 WARP DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The zoning ordinance of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Ordinance No.
5079, as amended, is hereby amended by changing the zoning designation on the Official Zoning
Map referred to in Section 10-4-4, regarding the following described property:
WATERLOO AIR AND RAIL PARK 4TH ADDITION,LOTS 1, 2 AND 3,
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
for constructing a new 29,900 square foot manufacturing warehouse and office building on a
parcel of land located east of 180 WARP Drive.

SECTION 2. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Ordinance, the City Council does
hereby approve the site plan amendment request by Cedar River Contractors on behalf of K-W
Electric, to construct a new 29,900 square foot manufacturing warehouse and office building on a
parcel of land located east of 180 WARP Drive.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its final passage, approval,
and publication as required by law.
