RESOLUTION NO. 2025-443 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST BY THE CITY OF WATERLOO FOR THE MINOR PLAT OF AUSTIN'S PLAT, A TWO -LOT COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION IN THE "C-P" PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT LOCATED EAST OF 122 BLACK HAWK ROAD. WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo has submitted a request for approval of the Minor Plat of Austin's Plat; and WHEREAS, this plat pertains to a two -lot commercial subdivision situated in the "C-P" Planned Commercial District, located east of 122 Black Hawk Road; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed the proposed plat and recommended approval based on its compliance with the City's Comprehensive Plan and the regulations governing the "C-P" Planned Commercial District; and WHEREAS, the subdivision design aligns with the City's planning objectives, promoting orderly urban development and optimizing area utilization. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, 1. The Minor Plat of Austin's Plat, a two -lot commercial subdivision, is hereby approved.
