RESOLUTION NO. 2025-444
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY HAROLD-
REICKS SURVEYING ON BEHALF OF GREGORY H.
STEFFEN FOR THE MINOR PLAT OF PARCELS C & D IN
THE "R-2" ONE- AND TWO-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT
LOCATED SOUTHEAST OF 4192 LOGAN AVENUE.
WHEREAS, Harold-Reicks Surveying, on behalf of Gregory H. Steffen, has submitted a
request for approval of the Minor Plat of Parcels C & D; and
WHEREAS, this plat pertains to parcels located in the "R-2" One and Two Family
Residence District, situated southeast of 4192 Logan Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has considered the plat and
recommends approval, having verified that all zoning and land use requirements have been
satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The Minor Plat of Parcels C & D is hereby approved, allowing for development in
accordance with the specifications detailed in the plat submission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of August 2025.
