• SOS calling all U. S.citi ens>;o fast and pray for the protection of all churches,'businesses,schools,
daycare, hospitals,nursing homes. Because if the Equality Act passes the Senate,all will be taken over
bythehomosexuals, lesbians, andtransgenders.
-To all of the above insuiutions there will be a preferential hiring quutd for homosexuals as a protected
minority_ Every homosexual fired or not hired becomes a potential civil rights lawsuit.
Destruction of religious libe-rty. Anytime yoL oppose a homosexual, lesbian, o rtransgender you will be
taken to court and charged with the crime of discrimination (ask the thousands'of former Christian
business owners and the Christian baker). This is because the Equality Act pro hibits the Religious •
Freedom Restoration Act of 1933 from providing a claim, defense, or basis for challenging such
protection thus will lose our U.S. Co! ULutonal Amendment 1—civil right—freedom of speech and
religion. _ -

Wake up America! Last year the House passed the HB5 which wants to destroy your U.S, Constitution -
and transgend er your children . The HB5 is alias the Equality Act, alias the SOGI. SOGI stands for Sexual
Orientation/Gender Identity. 506! language supports 2nd validates the LGBTQ life styles thus
demanding thatthey are to be treated as a preferred and protected class. Special protection for the
LGBTQ will obliterate the civic rights of other people. Ryan T. Anderson of the Heritage Foundation
states in the U nited States of America,people who identify as LGBTQ are free to live as they want. But
SOGI laws are about coercion and for cing all Americans to ernb-race-and live out-certain beliefs about
human sexuality.
indoctrination of young children to accept and embrace the normalcy of transgendei ism is happening -
from early elementary even as young as the age of four. Parents check your child's school's curriculum.

P.S. Iowa is one of 24 states who already have SOGf laws that govern accommodations for customers of
government agencies and private businesses plus SOGI laws are an ernployment in housing and in
education. -

On this 18 day August, 2025, in lieu of a public hearing on the matter, the Waterloo
City Council approves the attached Acknowledgment/Settlement Agreement between the above-
captioned permittee and the City of Waterloo.
Therefore, the Waterloo City Council FINDS that the above-captioned permittee has
remitted to the City of Waterloo a civil penalty in the amount of Three Hundred Dollars
($300.00). Be advised that this sanction will count as a First Violation of Iowa Code §453A.2(1),
pursuant to Iowa Code §453A.22(2)(a).
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the judgment in this matter is hereby satisfied.
