RESOLUTION NO. 2025-460
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF A
SIDEWALK ASSESSMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1121 W. 8TH STREET, 1N THE AMOUNT OF $279.47, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO NOTIFY BLACK
HAWK COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the sidewalk assessment for property located at 1121 W. 8th Street, in the amount of
$279.47, is hereby abated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessments are hereby canceled, along with any
penalty and interest accumulated against the amounts, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August 2025.
