RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1070
RESOLUTION APPROVING FIVE-YEAR RENEWAL OPTION
OF THE AMENDED AND RESTATED LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH THE TWIN SPORTS GROUP, INC. AND
NORTHWOODS LEAGUE, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the five-year renewal option of the Amended and Restated
Lease Agreement dated November 16, 2009, for lease of the
Waterloo Riverfront Stadium at a cost of $1,250.00 per month, for
the period August 31, 2013 through August 31, 2018, by and
between The Twin Sports Group, Inc., Northwoods League, Inc. and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 2012.
