RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1074
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH KJWW ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS,
PC OF DES MOINES, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 5, 2012,
in the amount of $16,800.00, plus reimbursables of $500.00, for
design work, contract documents, bidding assistance, submittal
reviews and on-site meetings with construction personnel for the
Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Sound System Upgrade, by
and between KJWW Engineering Consultants, PC of Des Moines, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 2012.
