RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1075
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY ALLIED MANATTS GROUP LLC OF CHARLES CITY,
IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE REHABILITATION
OF APRON PHASE 3A AT THE WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT, AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Allied Manatts Group LLC of Charles City, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor at a total cost of $306,286.06 in
conjunction with the Rehabilitation of Apron Phase 3A at the
Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 2012.
