RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1076
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT TO
ORIGINAL CONTRACT NUMBER 09-BRN-07 WITH THE
IOWA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (IEDA)
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT
AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract Amendment to Contract No. 09-BRN-07, dated
November 5, 2012, to extend the timeline of completion to
December 31, 2013 for the continuing demolition of the
Chamberlain site, by and between the Iowa Economic Development
Authority (IEDA) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 2012.
