RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1078
RESOLUTION APPROVING OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT WITH
CRYSTAL DISTRIBUTION SERVICES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Occupancy Agreement dated November 5, 2012, for the
lease of Assessor parcel nos. 8913-25-179-005 and -006; commonly
known as 105 East 10th Street and 100 East 9th Street, for a
period of 5 years, by and between Crystal Distribution Services,
Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day o November, 2012.
