RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1080
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 8 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 8 dated November 5, 2012, at an
additional cost of $74,800.00, to modify the previous set of
construction plans to combine the project into one construction
contract, providing additional revisions to the design, and
adding a task to evaluate the anticipated construction schedule
for the project in conjunction with the F.Y. 2013 U.S. Highway 63
Improvements, Newell Street to Donald Street, Contract No. 790,
by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day f November, 2012.
