RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1081
RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM TO COOPERATIVE
AGREEMENT WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID ADDENDUM BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Addendum to Cooperative Agreement dated November 5,
2012, includes funding source for $861,000.00 in SAFETEA-LU
funds, City reimbursement to the DOT for its share of project
costs, the DOT's contribution for its share of the project costs,
the DOT paying split -phasing alternate plan development and
modifications to alternate and original plans, the City
controlling parking along the side streets, and the City
maintaining the storm sewer for the F.Y. 2013 Highway 63
Improvements, Contract No. 790, by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 51-h day of November, 2012.
