Members present: Jones, Schmitt, Lind, Morrissey, Welper, and Amos. Absent: Jacobs.
Moved by Welper, seconded by Schmitt that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Six.
Motion carried.
F.O.G. Discussion
John LaPointe, Interim Waste Management Director, gave an overview of the changes to the
ordinance. The change would define Food Service Establishments and set the fines/fees for the
program. The ordinance` would apply to establishments that are licensed by the Black Hawk
County Health Department. Non -licensed establishments would only be contacted if there
became an issue with their sewer lines.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Welper, seconded by Schmitt that
the meeting be adjourned at 4:34 p.m. Ayes: Six. Motion carried.
