RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1084
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO CELLCO PARTNERSHIP D/B/A VERIZON
WIRELESS, IN CONJUNCTION WITH WIRELESS
COMMUNICATION SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless in
conjunction with Wireless Communication Services for a period of
one year with the option to renew for up to three years,
described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this
Council for said service with Resolution No. 2012-1041, after
public hearing on October 22, 2012 on published notice required
by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 2012.
