Mr. Welper questioned how many absences are acceptable for a board/commission.
Suzy Schares, City Clerk, noted that she would have to research the by-laws of the specific board
or commission to find an answer to Mr. Welper's question.
Mr. Lind suggested putting online the names of those who have applied for each
board/commission.

With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Jacobs, seconded by Welper that
the meeting be adjourned at 5:04 p.m. Ayes: Two. Motion carried.
