RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1092
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FORGIVENESS OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR A WATER KILL AT THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 316 CONGER STREET IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of canceling the
special assessment for a water kill in the amount of $3,450.00
for 316 Conger Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following special assessment, and any
penalty and interest, be and the same hereby forgiven and the
City Clerk be and she is hereby directed to notify the Black Hawk
County Treasurer of said forgiveness.
