RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1094
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2013
AUTOMATED SIDE -LOADER GARBAGE TRUCK FOR THE
SANITATION DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-1093, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of One (1) 2013 Automated Side -Loader Garbage Truck for
the Sanitation Department, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after the public
hearing on November 13, 2012 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase
proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th d of November, 2012.
