RESOLUTION DEDICATING A 460 SQUARE FOOT
SIDEWALK EASEMENT NEXT TO MOUNT CARMEL
BAPTIST CHURCH LOCATED AT 805 ADAMS STREET IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AND AUTHORIZING
APPROPRIATE COMPENSATION IN THE AMOUNT OF
$142.60.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described property:
Easement Description:
A permanent easement for public sidewalk over a portion
of that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 24, Township 89 East, Range 13 West
of the 5th Principal Meridian, in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, lying West of the West line of
Ash Street, and North of the North line of Adams
Street, and East of the East line of Mobile Street and
South of the South line of Webster Street, and being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the North line of
Adams Street and the East line of Mobile Street; thence
North 00042'18" West along the East line of Mobile
Street 130.0 feet to the Point of Beginning of this
easement description; thence North 89°17142" East
perpendicular to the East line of Mobile Street 5.0
feet; thence North 00042118" West parallel with the
East line of Mobile Street 92.0 feet; thence South
89017'42" West perpendicular to the East line of Mobile
Street 5.0 feet to the East line of Mobile Street;
thence South 00042118" East along the East line of
Mobile Street 92.0 feet to the point of beginning
containing 460 square feet (0.01 Acres);
be and the same is hereby dedicated for sidewalk easement
purposes.
