RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1102
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ENTERPRISE
AGREEMENT FOR MICROSOFT OFFICE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Management Information Systems Director
of said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of Enterprise Agreement for Microsoft Office, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Management Information Systems Director did
file said specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of
Enterprise Agreement for Microsoft Office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of Enterprise Agreement for Microsoft Office, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 2012.
