RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1106
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2014
FREIGHTLINER M2-106 CHASSIS AND AMBULANCE
MODULE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Chief of Fire Services of said City to
prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of One
(1) 2014 Freightliner M2-106 Chassis and Ambulance Module, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Chief of Fire Services did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of One
(1) 2014 Freightliner M2-106 Chassis and Ambulance Module, which
were preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2012-1012 on
October 8, 2012, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
November 19, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of One (1) 2014 Freightliner M2-106 Chassis and
Ambulance Module, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 2012.
